Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and now specialises in civil and criminal litigation.  Paul is a regular advocate in local County Courts and Magistrates’ Courts. 

With many years of practical experience in general civil matters in County Court and High Court jurisdictions, Paul now specialises and has a keen interest in housing law and landlord and tenant matters, debt claims and recovery.Paul also practices criminal law and for many years has been a Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor. 

Following initial instructions at the Police Station or earlier, Paul will always follow the case through personally until conclusion; together with trusted and approved Counsel should the case proceed through the Crown Court.

Paul is based at our Rochester office and takes a leading role in the marketing and strategic development of the firm.  In addition Paul is our Money Laundering Officer and is also a director of HIPSEAL Ltd. which together with three other local firms was formed to prepare Home Information Packs for clients and the general public.

When not involved in partnership business Paul enjoys his family life and regularly competes in running and cycling events, and triathlons at Olympic and Ironman distances.
