BETHANY WARREN

Bethany began as a trainee at Bassets in 2023. She completed the Qualified Work Experience element of the SQE with the firm whilst also studying at the University of Law to prepare for her exams. Bethany was admitted to the roll of solicitors in October 2025.

Bethany’s practice areas cover civil litigation (including landlord and tenant disputes) as well as wills, trusts and probate. She is frequently instructed in respect of the following matters:

Civil Litigation

  • Service of possession notices, including those pursuant to section 8 and section 21 of the Housing Act 1988
  • Issuing possession proceedings in private landlord and tenant proceedings
  • Border disputes
  • Rights of way disputes
  • Breach of contract

Wills, Trusts and Probate

  • Will drafting
  • Applying for a grant of probate
  • Full estate administration          

Bethany takes an organised and thorough approach to her work. She prioritises clear communication with her clients and ensures that they are always well informed, as well as being fully aware of where they are in the process of completing their instructions. Bethany often receives positive feedback in respect of her friendly and approachable manner as well as her willingness to speak with clients in relation to any query they may have, whether large and small, in order to put them at ease.

Bethany is based at our Rochester office and is available for both in-person and telephone appointments.

Away from the office, Bethany enjoys visiting museum exhibitions and learning various crafts.
